One of the best highlights of my stay at this apartment was the breathtaking balcony view. Sitting out there with a cup of coffee in the morning made me feel like I was on my own private beach, with the waves crashing just a stone's throw away.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, close to transportation and within walking distance of attractions. The apartment itself was warm and comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely with a spacious shower that had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The balcony was a nice bonus, perfect for enjoying the view. this property was a good size for two people and had everything we needed.

We recently stayed at the Brand New Central Balcony Flat - Hastings Holidays and had a wonderful experience. the location was great, and the apartment was warm and comfortable. Although we had a slight issue with the code upon arrival, the host was quick to resolve it. the bathroom was lovely, with a spacious shower that had plenty of hot water and good pressure. the highlight, however, was definitely the balcony, which provided a great space to relax.

Cons: No complaints!

The balcony was perfect for lazy mornings with coffee and evenings chilling with some music. We even had a resident pigeon for extra company! The apartment was spacious enough for all of us and the bathroom had the best shower ever - hot water and great pressure! We also went hiking and explored the amazing nature trails nearby. So much fun!

If there's one thing we'd ask for, it would be a more vibrant nightlife scene in the area. We loved the location, but being young party-goers, we wished there were more bars and clubs within walking distance for some wild nights out.

Okay, so there was this resident pigeon on the balcony that startled me a bit. And yeah, the kitchen could use a bread knife, but hey, it didn't ruin the experience.

If I had to ask for one thing to make this place even more awesome for young party-goers like us, it would be a kick-ass sound system. We loved the balcony and the bars nearby, but we definitely missed having some banging tunes to keep the party going all night long.
